The return itself was fine, but the refund took so long that I got tired of checking in and waiting for updates. It eventually came through, but the whole process felt more draining than it needed to be.

I ordered a pen from fabercastell.com, it’s fine for the most part. It writes okay, but the ink flow gets a little patchy here and there, which can be annoying when you’re just trying to write normally. It’s not a terrible pen by any means, but for the price and the brand, I think it’s fair to expect a smoother experience.

I was disappointed with this. The zipper on the pencil case broke after about a week, and the pencils started chipping really easily. I tried reaching out but never got any follow-up, which made it even more frustrating. Definitely doesn’t feel worth the money

I ordered because I thought it was the official Faber-Castell site, but the whole process just felt a bit off to me. Replies were slow, the info wasn’t very clear, and it kind of made me question whether I was in the right place or not. Maybe it was just my experience, but I expected things to feel more reliable from Faber-Castell. Has anyone else had this happen?

I’ve been using Faber-Castell pens and pencils for class notes and sketching, they’ve been solid. The colors look nice, the pencils sharpen cleanly, and their site wasn’t hard to figure out. I do sometimes wonder if I’m spending a little too much, especially as a student, but then again the quality usually makes me feel like it’s probably worth it.

I was browsing the site the design just feels kind of old. Some parts look a bit messy too, like things aren’t really... I don’t know, as clean or modern as I expected

I’ve emailed customer service twice now and still haven’t heard back after several days. I’m not sure if this is normal or if other people have had the same experience, but it’s been frustrating waiting with no reply...

I really like the products, but the website was frustrating enough that I started second-guessing my purchase. It was hard to find what I was looking for, pages loaded slowly, and the filters barely worked right on my phone. By the time I checked out, I had a little buyer’s remorse just from dealing with the site. The products are great, but the shopping experience definitely needs work

I don’t think it’s asking too much for the lead to last more than a few lines, but this keeps snapping constantly. It makes writing frustrating and feels like a basic quality issue that should’ve been caught.

I was disappointed with these pencils. They broke way too quickly, like the little overachievers of bad quality. I barely got any use out of them before they started snapping, so I definitely wouldn’t buy them again.

I was disappointed when these showed up. The wording made it sound like they’d be packaged securely, but they arrived in a smashed box with no padding inside at all. A few of the pencil tips were broken too, which is really annoying considering the price. Definitely not what I thought I was getting.

I’ve used a handful of Faber-Castell pencils now, and compared to a lot of other brands people usually grab for everyday drawing, these are reliable. The pigment stays really consistent from one pencil to the next, which I appreciate. A few colors do feel a bit softer than others, but it’s not a big deal or anything that really throws me off. They go down smoothly and don’t get patchy very often. I wouldn’t say they’re perfect, but for regular drawing and coloring, they’re definitely solid.

The pens and pencils are good quality, and I was happy with what I ended up getting. But i didn’t expect picking out basic supplies to turn into a stressful little mission. They were out of a lot of colors I wanted, so I had to settle for whatever was left. Nice stuff, just wish the selection was better.

I placed my order weeks ago thinking it would arrive in a reasonable amount of time, but I’m still waiting. The worst part is the timing was just terrible because I needed it sooner, and there haven’t been any helpful updates along the way. it’s been annoying.

I was really hoping the colors would be brighter and more vibrant, but once they were on paper they looked dull. It’s not awful or unusable, but for the price I expected more, so I’m a bit disappointed.

The pencils themselves are good, no complaints there, but the prices feel way too high for what you’re getting now. I also didn’t love how there was basically no human contact anywhere in the process. It just felt a bit impersonal, especially when you’re paying that much.

I’ve been using this for longer sketching sessions and it feels good in my hand, it’s comfortable to hold, doesn’t get annoying after a while, and overall does what I need, though I do wish the grip was just a little softer.

I ordered a set of pencils and some markers, but what showed up wasn’t right. The colors were wrong, and one item was missing completely. I contacted support and they asked me to send photos, which I did, but then I didn’t hear anything back for days. I needed the supplies for a school project, so it ended up being really frustrating. At this point, I’d rather avoid the risk of dealing with this again, so I won’t be ordering from here in the future.

I picked up some Faber-Castell pencils and they blend nicely, especially when I’m using lighter layers. The darker shades need a little more messing around to get smooth, but they still come out looking good. Not totally perfect or anything, but yeah, I’m happy with them overall...
